The cold camp of a lost expedition, at the top of Minoc's first shaft. Skeletons in the ring, then the Watcher in the Stones. Kill it for the Watcher's Eye (it goes to thy bank) and the title "of the Old Ring". The Eye is what opens the cage to the Deeps.
