New
- Three more pages for the Arcane Codex.
- Animate Dead (Uus Corp, circle 6). Raise a corpse within three tiles to fight for thee for sixty seconds, as the creature it was, at three fifths of its strength. Great beasts take more of thy five followers; a man or woman rises as a shade, and their belongings fall to the ground. Raising a townsperson is a crime their kin remember, and the great dead will not rise. Its page lies in the saint's reliquary in the Drowned Basilica's crypt.
- Lich Form (Rel Xen Corp Ort, circle 8). For thirty seconds thou takest the shape of the restless dead: the undead pay thee no heed until thou strikest one. Thy mana returns twice as fast, but thy life drains away (never below a breath) and no healing spell will touch thee. The great dead are not fooled. Its page lies in the Choir Reliquary.
- Death Vortex (Vas Corp Hur, circle 8). A violet vortex drifts from thee to a point and turns there for ten seconds, slowing and dragging bodies within two tiles toward its heart and draining them. Cast it again while it turns to steer it. Walls stop it; Dispel ends it. Sold to those with Magery 100 for 1,500 gold.
