New
- Britain, gone to the knives. The King is gone and three gangs hold the streets: the Throne's deserters in the castle, the Vault Knives across the river in old East Britain, and the Lantern Boys on the docks. Only the bank plaza keeps the King's peace, and its guards will not leave it. The bridges are the ward lines, with each gang's gate over them.
- Wear a colour. Mother Hesk sells sashes at the bank plaza for 10 gold: purple for the Throne, red for the Knives, amber for the Lantern Boys. Thy colour's ward is thine; in any other ward, the gang and every other player may have thee for sport, and it is no crime. Bare, thou art sport everywhere past the plaza. Change colours and the ward thou leavest calls thee turncoat until dawn. Young characters are left alone.
- The Bounty Wall. Before the castle gate, the deserters post contracts on the rival gangs' captains (40 gold) and on every murderer in Britain (60 gold). Fell the mark, come back, and say "claim".
Changed and fixed
- No more wading beside Britain's bridges. The river strip along both bridges was walkable; it is water again.
- Thy paperdoll no longer stays black while thy clothes are still loading.
- Old Wick's lamp run in Vesper now gives thee 4 minutes, not 9, so a swinging bridge can cost thee the purse.
